The OCSB Stamp CLUB - Nov 23rd

We had a really fun time at our Nov CLUB meeting! We got to play with all sorts of new inks and stamp sets and oodles of papers and stickers! You can check out all our FUN creations on my website, but here are 2 of my favorites. . .the robot images are from MSE and Sassafras Lass, papers and embellishments from Autumn Leaves. The cards were created by Joice L and Cyndi S!

Gettin' in the mood

American Tag Demo

All I can say is COOL! Everyone got to "play and spray" with Glimmer Mists and made BEAUTIFUL tag projects! Mardy is one AWESOME teacher! She introduced us to the "Purple Monster" and don't ya just love her apron?!?!? Look for a select assortment of Mists at Debra's this week (along with American Tag supplies!!! see them in the background???)

June 7, 2008 Demo

Sharon did a totally AWESOME Demo on Saturday featuring Hot Glue & Foil! Wowee! There were 3 different techniques: 1) Drizzle 2) Hot Glue & Stamping 3) Faux Brads. Here are some pictures of her samples. . .and some comments from a couple of stampers:

"I enjoyed the demo very much. I have always wanted to work with foil and thought it complicated. I love learning ways to use things I already own, plus of course I had to buy the stamps used. It was easy to follow her demo. The instructions are well written and a sample for a visual is a great tool."

"Eva, I loved it! Sharon did a terrific job, again. As long as I have been stamping and working with clubs, we have never done this particular technique to this extent. I am anxious to give it a try and to adapt it to my cards."

Mother's Day Event

It was a fun time yesterday at Debra's! Thank you to all who stopped by. . .we had cake, chips, punch and other goodies to munch on. Everyone enjoyed my make it take it event, and it was fun to see everyone's creations. Too bad I didn't take pictures!!! Oh well, I did take pictures of what's on the shelves. . .so be sure to stop in soon!

What's New?

I'm baaaaaack! Still trying to find my "groove" today, and it just wasn't quite there. I need to go through all my wonderful class samples from Sacramento and get organized!!! Pictures will be posted soon. So many ideas are spinning in my head -- I can't focus, and it's driving me nuts! I am pleased that Rosanne's first class with us went well, and she will be back too! Yippee!!!
